Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

GoldHouse (operated by the GoldHouse Team) is committed to protecting children and keeping our platform safe. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every user of the GoldHouse application and all related services.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on GoldHouse and will result in immediate action:

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — including images, videos, text, or AI-generated content that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
• Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to sexually exploit a minor.
• Sharing, promoting, linking to, or otherwise facilitating access to CSAE or CSAM content.
• Trafficking, sexualization, or endangerment of children in any form.

3. Our Standards and Enforcement

To protect children on our platform, GoldHouse:

• Explicitly prohibits CSAE and CSAM in our Terms of Service and content guidelines, with zero-tolerance enforcement.
• Promptly removes violating content and permanently bans the accounts responsible.
• Reports confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local authorities as required by law.
• Preserves related evidence and cooperates with law enforcement investigations.

4. How to Report

If you encounter content or behavior that may constitute child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:

• In-app: use the Report option available on any user profile, message, or piece of content.

6. Compliance and Publication

These Child Safety Standards are published and accessible to anyone worldwide. They align with applicable child-protection laws and with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. We review and update these standards regularly.
